1. Place an order via our website.
2. Pelican Winery (M) Sdn Bhd will e-mail you to confirm your product order has been received.
3. Once your order has been submitted successfully and payment is received for your purchase, no further changes can be made. We advise that you carefully review and modify your order before payment submission.
4. For orders above 1 carton (12 bottles above) or business orders, please WhatsApp us at 017-366 6783 for completing order.
1. Shipping Fee for each orders
RM 6 for order weight 1-3kg
RM 12 for order weight above 3kg
Free Shipping for order above RM300 (Klang Valley order only)
2. We accept delivery within Peninsular Malaysia only. Currently we are not deliver to Sabah & Sarawak & International.
3. Orders received before 4:00pm Malaysia time (GMT+8) on a working day will be processed on the same day, delivered within 2 – 3 working days to Klang Valley/ 3 – 5 working days outside Klang Valley. Orders received after 4:00pm will be processed on the next working day.
4. At the time of delivery, you may be required to validate the delivery of the products by signing-off with the delivery personnel. You agree to inspect the product/products for any obvious faults, defects or damage before you sign for received products.
Available for Self Pick Up
1. No shipping fee imposed for self pick up service.
2. Same day self pick up is available, and kindly WhatsApp us at 017-366 6783 for making self pick up appointment.
3. Self pick up time available on:
Monday to Friday - 8.30am to 1.00pm & 2.00pm - 5.30pm
Saturday - 8.30am to 1.00pm
Closed on Sunday & Public Holidays
Return & Exchange
1. All orders are checked before shipping out to our customers to ensure that all items are in order and in good condition.
2. All items sold are not returnable, refundable nor exchangeable. We have adopted services from reliable courier services to ensure that your order reaches you without any defect. In the event that wrong goods are received, damaged or defected, kindly please contact us at email@example.com or WhatsApp us at 017-366 6783 within 3 days of the receipt of your product. We will reply to your email or message shortly and try to rectify your problem soonest possible.
1. We accept debit card, credit card and offline online banking payment.
2. For offline online banking payment, kindly send your payment slip or bank in slip by WhatsApp 017-366 6783; if payment not received after 24 hours, orders will be automatically cancel.
3. For debit card & credit card payment will be imposed RM 1 transaction fee.
